BIO
Brittney is a Southern California native whose work lives at the intersection of human potential, organizational design, and the future of work. Her career began in the entertainment industry, where she developed an early appreciation for storytelling, creativity, and the power of collaboration inside complex systems.

Over the past 15 years, Brittney has built deep expertise across Human Resources and Organizational Development, spanning employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, M&A, learning and development, and DEI. This cross-functional experience gave her a rare, inside view of how organizations truly operate—and what it takes to evolve them responsibly and sustainably.
At the core of her work is a clear belief: organizations thrive when people, systems, and strategy are intentionally aligned. Brittney’s approach focuses on creating clarity amid change, strengthening collaboration across teams, and helping leaders build workplaces that are both high-performing and deeply human.
Brittney Poe is known for her ability to synthesize complexity into clarity—bringing together disparate ideas, perspectives, and systems to help teams move beyond disconnection and realign around what truly matters. Working fluidly between the macro vision and the micro realities, she approaches problem-solving with deep empathy, disciplined listening, and strategic precision. At Singularity Vision Collaborative, she helps organizations evolve with clarity, confidence, and collective momentum in a rapidly shifting environment.

“My perspective shifted from legacy to impact when I became a parent and began learning more deeply about my ancestors’ story. That combination expanded my sense of responsibility and purpose. Witnessing their resilience and contribution clarified something fundamental for me: meaningful change doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intention, courage, and adaptability. That understanding continues to shape how I show up as a leader and partner.”

At Singularity Vision Co., I exist to challenge the status quo. The work isn’t just about what organizations are doing for their teams today—it’s about whether they are truly prepared for what comes next. My mission is to help leaders build futures where connection, collaboration, and purpose are not lost to technology, but strengthened by it. In an era where human growth and technological advancement converge, I help organizations evolve with clarity, confidence, and collective momentum.
